Our sheet lead can be used for many applications such as radiation shielding, roofing/flashing, water proofing and sound proofing. Many industries, such as the medical and nuclear industries, use sheet lead to block radiation in an efficient and reliable way. Sheet lead can be cut and fabricated without difficulty, making it easy to work with. It can be manipulated with little effort and standard tools can be used. Our sheet lead is 99.94% pure lead meeting specifications Federal QQ-L-201F, QQ-L-171E and ASTM B-29, B-749. We use the purest lead available.

Many construction projects make use of sheet lead, such as hospitals, dental offices, veterinary offices, and labs. Aside from just walls, sheet lead can also be installed within doors, window frames, floors, ceilings and cabinetry to provide reliable protection. We stock sheet sizes in the following:
48"(1219.2 mm) wide x 120"(3048 mm) long
48"(1219.2 mm) wide x 96"(2438.4 mm) long

We stock the following four thicknesses (most common ones used in the industry):
1/32"(0.792 mm) - 2 LB. Sheet Lead (2 LBS. Per Square Foot)
1/16"(1.55 mm) - 4 LB. Sheet Lead (4 LBS. Per Square Foot)
1/8"(3.180 mm) - 8 LB. Sheet Lead (8 LBS. Per Square Foot)
1/4"(6.350 mm) - 6 LB. Sheet Lead (16 LBS. Per Square Foot)

Besides sheet lead, lead lined plywood and lead lined gypsum/drywall are also available, along with many other lead products.
